Terms of use

Your account

You need an account to register for the event. Keep your password private, use an email address you control, and give accurate details. Each account belongs to one attendee, and organisers rely on what you enter to plan a safe event, so please keep it up to date.

Registration and payment

Your place at the event is confirmed only when your registration payment succeeds. Until then nothing is reserved, and no pass or credential exists. Card payments are processed by our payment gateway, Lipila; where the charge happens in a different currency than your invoice, the converted amount and rate are shown before you pay. A receipt for each successful payment is available in your account.

Tours, merchandise, transfers and other orders

The portal also lets you order published extras such as tours, activities, merchandise, airport transfers and eSIMs. Each order is confirmed only when it is paid, and fulfilment is handled by the Event team. Availability, prices and dates are set by the organisers and can change until your order is paid.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel your registration, contact the Event team at support@lci2027lusaka.com. Cancellation requests are reviewed by the organisers, and any refund due is arranged by them directly rather than automatically through the portal.

Documents

Where you are eligible, the portal can provide an invitation letter to support your travel arrangements. Letters are issued under the organisers' control and the portal states clearly when a document is not an official government or embassy document.

Acceptable use

• Use the portal only for your own attendance at the event.
• Do not enter false information or impersonate another person.
• Do not attempt to access other attendees' data or to interfere with the service.

Changes to these terms

The organisers may update these terms as event arrangements are confirmed. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes will be announced through the portal.
